Student Life at KH Academy
Our student culture plays a key role in the experiences at KH Academy. Our safe, nurturing, and hospitable environment allows our students to cultivate ideas, learn team working strategies, excel in their studies, and make improvements in areas where they're given constructive criticism. We provide a strong foundation that propels our students to excel beyond their potential, while gaining confidence academically, socially, emotionally, and mentally.

Our Goal
Our objectives include decreasing illiteracy rates amongst inner city communities by breaking educational barriers through accessible tutoring, understanding subjects, providing one on one instruction through our before and after school programs, extracurriculars and mastery. The population of students we serve have very little access to programs within their communities that increase their knowledge in struggling subjects. Our goal is to increase scholars understanding of the material in a way that makes it easy to teach someone else. We currently serve a population of students that's low-income. Our goal is to utilize KH Academy as a driving force to help students that attend both our school and schools within the residing community to help increase reading/English, math, science, geography, and language arts scores.
